Q: Is there a minimum order quantity ?

A: No minimum -even a single bowl is fine. For 5+ bowls we offer bulk pricing. Whatsapp us for office or event orders.

Q: How long does delivery take ?

A: 30-45 minutes from dispatch. During peak lunch hours {12-2 PM} may take slightly longer. we message you when order is on the way.

Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: Depends on your location. Whatsapp your address and we'll confirm chargers with the order. We keep it as low as possible.

Q: Do you use MSG or artificial flavour enhance ?

A: NO MSG. No artificial enhancers,Ever. Only whole spices & fresh ingredients. Flavour comes from proper cooking - not shortcuts.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: UPI { GPay-Phonepay-Paytm}, cash on delivery and bank transfer. Details shared on Whatsapp at order confirmation.

Q: What packaging do you use ?

A: Food-grade , BPA-free , microwave-safe containers with secure lids.Leak-proof. You can reheat directly in the container.

Q: What if I'm not happy with my order?

A: Whatsapp us immediately with a photo, we resolve every issue . Your satisfaction matters more than anything.
